Where is the best place to lease/rent a RaQ for $70 per month or less?

depends on what you're looking for in a server, i haven't found many with plans under $70 however, i don't think there are very many quality hosts with good features, to tell the truth, but, maybe someone can prove me wrong.

there was one place i was looking at that was leasing raq2's for around that price, but, A) it's a raq2 B) it's only 32mb ram and C) for $30 more a month, you can get a raq 4i elsewhere.
