Hi,

I was wondering of what will happen if a client does a chargeback through Revecom.
Do you lose the ability to use Revecom ? Do you have to pay something ?

And is 2checkout different regarding chargebacks ?

Thanks in advance.

You get slugged a $25 chargeback fee (plus the amount of the charge is returned naturally.) You don't lose the revecom account, though if this happens often enough you'd be considered a risk client and probably shut down.

It's pretty much the same deal everywhere, and one of those little things that make the job 'interesting'.

Yup you get a 25 dollar fee accessed. If you are fast and know the client is trying to do a chargeback you can often just refund them their money first. Refunds are free.
