Who offers ensim these days, finding it hard to get a deal I am happy with for a client.

checked ensim's partner list but would like some recomendations from anyone here.

Have had servers with them for a year now and is very satisfied. Excellent network is my experience. On the higher end there is http://datapipe.com but they are more expensive than $100.

They are not ususally the cheapest, but they have good tech support and a very good network
