Hello everyone,

I have a customer that she is trying to update her domain DNS but her domain is registered by her ex-host thus she send her update request 3 days ago to her ex-host. Until now, her domain DNS still not update yet.

One thing is when I check her domain under whois, I realise that the Registrant Contact Name is blank except her address is there.

Administrative Contact - her name, email (not very sure) and address.

Technical Contact - Her ex-host.

I am thinking of trying to get her to transfer her domain to other registrar such as stargateinc.com which is much cheaper as currently her domain registrar is bulkregister.com I think.

If it is in fact BulkRegister, your customer -- since she's not a BulkRegister member -- should send email to domainsupport@bulkregister.com explaining the problem.
