How much bandwidth can a 550 mhz server with 128 MB RAM support with good performance ?

I guess 20-50 gb is fine.
Is it so ?

Also, which 1 offers better performance ?
PIII with 550 Mhz processor with 128 MB RAM with 20 gb hard disk and
Cobalt raq4i with 128 MB RAM with 20gb hard disk.

The 550Mhz server could handle a lot more, but this depends on the type of the sites. If static HTML probably a lot more than 50 GB, but if SQL or other dynamic content is involved the memory will be the limit and 128 MB RAM far too less.
