I got an email a week or so ago from someone who said they were handling support in Kunal's absence, but I deleted the message. A few days later I upgraded to the latest version of phpsupportdesk, and now it's partially broken. I've tried emailing and completing the online contact form, but no one has gotten back to me. Does anyone have this information?

To all members of PhpSupportDesk. I (and my tech team) are handling minor support issues and questions at this time. Kunal is unavailable for a short time (family issues) and we will try to help everyone we can until he is back.

Has anyone noticed on the optional information on a new ticket that the fields always cut everything off because there are not enough characters are allowed. This is a big pain in the a** because customer put their information and it becomes useless because it is cut off.
