I often have projects being worked on by people in different locations. Anybody have any experiance in running a groupware script? which one would you recomend? What about time slips?

Maybe something like CVS? Also can communicate through mailing list or newsgroup? or Message Board... web site for announcements?

Actually, I was thinking more inline with phpgroupware, or phprojekt. I've heard of cvs, but never used one. Have an example for me?

I'm just North of Detroit. I have freelancers in Western Canada, and Southern California, and am looking for more. If there is a central location everyone logs into, it would make it easier to see what is done, and what needs to be done. Projects and teams, etc.
