Hi,
Got another spammer account, didnmt cause so many problems this time - I deleted the account straight away but reveived about 100 bounced emails back to my catch all account!
I sent the client a mail straight away to which she replied....I appologize for any trouble I may have caused. It was not my intention.
"Your 'Terms and Conditions' do not mention either spamming or unsolicitated bulk e-mail. Many hosting services regard sending 1000 e-mails a day as an acceptable amount and a normal course of doing business. I limited my e-mails (not more 1000) and spread them out over time specifically to reduce server loading, so I'm surprised to hear that this caused a problem. Again, I appologize.
I believe that my use of unsolicited bulk e-mail complies with U.S. laws and is legal.
If my conduct is considered unacceptable, then I should find another hosting service. In this case, I would appreciate your refunding my payment, as this is my first offense.
Thank you,"
What should I do, should I give the refund? I dont think it is fair because of the hassle they have caused. Also our terms and conditions do state that SPAM is unnacceptable. Do this bulk mail comply with US laws?
Thanks.
