I'm looking for cheap webhosting where the server runs FreeBSD. I also need a lot of diskspace (100MB+) with telnet/SSH access. I have tried Addr.com in the past and hated it and am wondering what other options I have.

AFAIK Hypermart (http://www.hypermart.net) runs FreeBSD servers. Although they still offer free hosting accounts, they are now rather a paid hoster, since they quite cutted down their free plan in the last months.
