I am about to purchase a Windows server and control panel interface for web hosting in which I will provide shared web hosting to my customers. I would also like the ability to provide reseller plans to my larger customers.

My question is, which of the following do you think would better fit my needs? At this point, I am leaning towards Etrinix Command Matrix.

1. Helm?

2. Etrinix Command Matrix?

Well, I myself would go with Helm, mainly because it's more know, and supported, e.i 3rd party addons, etc..

Yes, I've been following HELM for about 4 months. I like it, except, it seems like the enduser interface is rather tame.

Is HELM Stable?

Does HELM auto-update for security purposes to latest releases?

Thanks

Yes, I do believe Helm is stable. I don't know about that auto-update tho.

I think you should choose 'InsPanel' http://www.inspanel.com instead. It is user friendly as well as rich in features :).
