Only service i've ever heard of is Vonage. Not sure if it is what you are looking for, but it is worth a try. :)

I've used net2phone.com for years. I have a USB phone (a glorified mic/speaker combo in the shape of a phone) that I use with it. Been going on the same $15 deposit for over a year, since it's like 2 cents a minute for most calls. I also use it to send faxes from my computer; it'll fax any word document.

Here's on I found called voiceglo I know nothing about it but am temted to give it a try https://www.voiceglo.com/pages/aboutus.html.

There was a couple of other but they are only good for the USA and American and as we are mostly NON Americans here I haven't bothered with them.

It is a service that basically makes mass phone calls...you can type in anything and they will phone the given phone numbers in automated robot voice. you can set a "wake-up" call so you get a call to someone at a specific time..

its pay service...about .10$ per call i think. you get first 2 calls free.

thanks anyways.

From what I see skype is just another messenger service it does NOT allow you to ring landlines.
