I think I am going to install Red Hat on my computer just to use for fun and I kind of want a book about it to help me out. I searched on Amazon and came up with these books that I'm interested in because they look like they are more aimed for beginners to Linux and they have a CD-ROM that has Red Hat on it.

Red Hat Linux 7.1 Bible : Unlimited Edition
Mastering Red Hat Linux 7
Red Hat Linux 7 Unleashed

If anyone has read these books or any other Red Hat 7 books I would like to hear what you think of them. Thanks!

I would highly recommend RedHat Linux Bible (by IDG Author "NEGUS").... It's excellent for starters and it explains setting up web/ftp/email/nfs server... its a great jumping point :)

I have Redhat Linux 6 Unleashed...... I can't say the best book I've had. There's not enough info for advanced users... it only explains things to get you started etc. only my opinion anyway...

I'll put my hand up for the RedHat Bible Unlimited - great tome. And once you've finished with it, it'll come in handy for chocking the wheels of your car - it's a *big* book :)
