i'm so happy with liquidweb boxes, fast and great support along with management services.

Why switch if you're already happy with what you have? :)

SM Silver management service is very restricted. Only kernel update is free, otherwise it is $75 per hour. :D

I have nothing but great things to say about Liquidweb.

Every single employee I have dealt with from Liquidweb have been knowledgeable, and friendly.

I would go with liquidweb. SM ticket response is slow according to the mass reviews. Of course there are mix review of theirs.

Ironically, you get good reviews with liquidweb :)

I would definitely recommend liquidweb.

We have a webserver with Liquid Web and never have to worry about anything on it. LiquidWeb is very pro-active with any issues that come up. Kernal updates, Security updates etc.. Done without even asking. I wish alot of other companies treated "Full management" like they do..

I cant speak for liquidweb as I have not tried them, but a concern of mine with them was that as far as Im aware they are singlehomed. This would add a big plus for servermatrix as they are multihomed. On a negative side sm has had a couple issues with network lately nothing as to entire network being down just some latenct etc. and they said to have replaced a big switch which should fix alot. I personnally don't like the idea of all my eggs in one basket another option you might want to consider as well is gnax or a gnax reseller.

Well in comparison our LiquidWeb File server has had 100% uptime since it went online, I can't say even close to that with our SM webserver. I'm not dumping on SM I am just stating facts.

ServerMatrix is definitely not pro-active, so you'll probably get quite a bit of a shock if you're used to Liquidweb.
