Good day,

We need 1 tech to fill up our empty slot to respond to our ticket. Tech has to be available from 9AM to 5PM EST.

1. Company that does ticket answering (preferred). However, personnel will be considered.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Commitment is 100% required.
4. cPanel / WHM
5. Ticket has to be responded within 30 minutes.

Pay per ticket - $0.7/ticket

What if we can not fill the 9am to 5pm shift and we can't dedicate time. Anyway we can work out a smaller per ticket pay?

Well, make your offer :) We are flexible with that. OR actually 12 - 6 would do pretty good as well.
