I need a couple of reviews to make a decision. Not really for hosting but straight client mananagement... would you use Dreamcost's Dream Account, or Clientexec?

I need recurring billing, and the ability to add custom fields to the MySQL database backend in the software--custom fields that the clients can change when logged in. Which do you use, does it do this, and why do you like or not like it?

I am leaning to Clientexec, as my questions in email to Dreamcost sales have gone unanswered for 48 hours. Not a good sign...

Thanks ahead of time.

EDIT: I should also add that I need for the software to "automatically" sign up and add live accounts if the billing through Paypal or Authorize.net checks out, and for the system to automatically flag delinquent accounts in the database. It also needs to process recurring billing, of course...

Hello, if anyone that uses these programs could give me their opinions it would be very greatfully appreciated.

I'm a ClientExec user myself, and the new version (1.2) will take care of all the needs you listed above.

Thumbs up to ClientExec. Simple and intuitive...

Thanks! With the addition of custom fields that record to the database, can the members/users edit these themselves? Also, can they flagged as unique, so that two people can't have the same username or email address?
