our company uses uReach.com for email and phone services. sometime last week all of a sudden when i login to check mail, the inbox does not display anything because of page errors. i contacted them about this, and they told me the only thing i can do is downgrade my browser to IE5.5. i also tried using Netscape4.7, Netscape6.0, and Opera to check the inbox without success.
should i send a bunch of unhappy emails to uReach because their service doesn't support the majority of the browsers (Netscape4.7, Netscape6.0, Opera, IE6.0) and demand that they fix this? this is a pay-for service and i feel like they should make it work for everyone, not just for those using that specific browser version. also, this change happened out of nowhere, for at least a week while i've been using IE6.0 i was able to check the inbox.. so this was a change they made that messed everything up.
if uReach won't make any changes so that i can see the darn inbox using IE6.0 again, my last question is.. does anyone know how i can downgrade to IE5.5 (my OS is WinXP)?
thanks in advance for any help and advice. :)
