G'Day,
I've been searching around for the past... *brain failure*... Lots of weeks, for more information on the US Fed. Taxes. I'm located internationally, Australia to be exact, and i'm going to be registering a LLC in the United States, most likely Delaware. If there is anyone around here that happens to be an accountant, or has been through this before and knows what to do and doesn't mind helping me out, that would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
