I am planning on using Planet Payment to process my credit cards but I have seen some horror stories posted about them in the past. Are there any recent problems that anyone has had with them that I should be concerned with?

The reason that I am considering them is because my company is not based in the US and I would prefer to use a local bank account and accept orders in multiple currencies (at least Canadian and US). I also like that they use the authorize.net payment gateway.

Another merchant provider that I am considering is Worldpay but they do not use the authorize.net payment gateway and I'm pretty sure that they are a third party provider (that allows you to have your name on the bill).

Any comments would be appreciated.
