i need a sponser that does not log urls

Why do u need a sponser that does not log URL's (I assume you mean refering URL's)? They all log it to some extent to stop people doing one or more of the following:

Spam Advertising
Placing their ads on someone else's (and possibly undesirable) site
(etc. can't think right now)

They also do it to provide you with meaningful stats.
