Could this (http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap040307.html) be the prove of extraterrestrial existence?
:)

At least no-one knows what it is for sure :D

Sounds like a bad sound effect for a 1950's sci fi show.

Anybody ever watched Sgns? That movie has the best looking aliens in it. They are actually creepy just to look at.

I was always interested in crop circles and aliens. I think we would be stupid to think we are the only "humans" in the universe.

I definitely believe in aliens. They must think us humans are primitive monkies as they are so much more advanced than we are.

I enjoyed that movie. It had a creepy element, especially the scene in the crop field, with the alien's leg. :)

As for this one, from the linked page: "Although this strong signal was never positively identified, astronomers have identified in it many attributes characteristic of a more mundane and ultimately terrestrial origin. In this case, a leading possibility is that the signal originates from an unusual modulation between a GPS satellite and an unidentified Earth-based source."

So while it sounds odd to those of us who don't listen to that stuff all the time, to many of those that do it is apparently somewhat characteristic of a communication with a GPS satellite.

I thought my 2-way radio had a leak... :D

I do believe there's life out there. Who knows, they may be posting a thread about us on their version of WHT! :D

I was taught in Physics that the likelihood of there being other intelligent life in the universe was over 99% - but due to the huge distances involved, it is unlikely we would ever confirm that fact or make contact with them.

Fascinating stuff.
