I'm just downloading this to see if it's any good. We're somewhat limited with control panels as we are NT only hosts.

Anyone got any comments good or bad on Hosting Controller? Am I going to have trouble with the install/config?

A couple of our staff members have checked out Hosting Controller and were impressed with it, as I recall. As you said, you are limited on Windows control panels, and this seems to be one of the best ones for Windows. The only negative comment I remember was the bad grammar on the pages. Fortunately, those can be changed.:)

Have installed primary and secondary components but can't get the browser window to appear. Have check config in IIS and it looks OK but I just get 404 errors even though I can see in IIS that the directory structure is OK.

Any advice?

I'm not liking this already.

And I know what you are saying about the grammar. I have already noticed mistakes reading the manual!

Just so i can say i said so. HC SUCKS..... You will end up spending more time fixing the darn thing. Bad coding VERY VERY slow bug and update fixes from HC. You could try psoft.net if you want a good Control Panel that works for both Windows and Linux.. :)
