I have 2 servers one Linux and the other is Win2K. I would like to have my second ns for the win2k on the Linux server how can I do that?

Setup the zones in the named.conf file on the Linux server. Make them slave zones and set the IP address of the Win2K server as the master server.

Forgot a small detail:

Remember to configure your Win2K server to allow zone transfers for the Linux server (and noone else).
