For used you could try ebay , although thats a bit of a crap shot.

Alot of people use eBay for shopping (there were just a few threads on the Co-Location forum about eBay shopping). It's a good place for used hardware, just make sure its guaranteed to not be Dead on Arrival.

personally rackmountsetc.com seems like it has even lower prices than ebay!
