I have opened one ticket with them 4 days ago regarding one problem and no response yet.

My recurring customers are being dupe billed for the services provided.
I have created one recurring product with monthly recurring and no setup, when the customer place the order he is dupe billed.

Many customers complained at me and I didnt know what to tell them.

I have opened a ticket with 2CO and no response yet regarding this problem.

I would like to expose here my dislike with this company.

We had the same problem with them double billing a customer in February. Reported it but they did nothing.

I ended up refunding the charge we did get credit for as it was not fair to the customer to have to wait.

Makes me glad we switched to a merchant account. Their support had been good for awhile but has dropped off again.

The longest response I have waited is 2 days... usually they reply me within 24 hours in the morning (-5 GMT)
