After more than a week after doing all that's required of me, could I at least get an ETA. . . or something? Something more than "I'm working on it", "I'll move this forward"? It's a simple transfer of ownership from one customer to another. We both keep pestering you.

Meanwhile my client calls me at home. Furious. No word. No server. No clue. I have nothing to tell him because nothing was told to me. Ultimatum: If I don't deliver one by Monday a.m. I lose the whole deal that's tied to it. Not to mention losing credibility. And we all know how hard that is to regain.

I doubt I'll get this done by Monday, since I can't even get the time of day.

That's my depressed little rant for today. Now, off to find a company that's interested my business. . .

It took more than a week or two to get one of my servers up.... But instead of outdated kernals / php / mysql, Pwebtech preloads your server with up to date software! I suggest you emailing ed@pwebtech.com or call them and ask. Sometimes its hard to keep track of 300+ servers.

The good thing is that your billing period does not start until the server goes live.

I know how long it takes for a new box and I can handle installing software. This is a transfer of a live server. Not much to do there, I imagine.

I recently had two other providers disappear on me just like this while trying to help this one client. It's pathetic.
