Hi WHT Viewers,

Over the past month, we have been restructuring our website and our plans (this is why we have been a little quieter than usual of late!) Our website has been redesigned to improve the usability, and the general look of the site.

We have reworked our plans, bringing together features of the previous ones which means we now offer 3 web hosting plans, making it even easier for you to choose the one that suits your needs.

The Standard Plan includes:
200Mb of Space
3Gb of Data Transfer
for the fee of $9.95 per month.
Information on this plan can be found at http://www.reflexhost.net/standard_plan.htm

The Advanced Plan includes:
500Mb of Space
6Gb of Data Transfer
for the fee of $19.95 per month.
Information on this plan can be found at http://www.reflexhost.net/advanced_plan.htm

The Reseller Plan includes:
2Gb of Space
15Gb of Data Transfer
for the fee of $35.95 per month.
Information on this plan can be found at http://www.reflexhost.net/reseller_plan.htm

We still offer our popular custom quotes for people who would like something that the listed plans do not include, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find what you are looking for.

On a different note, we are building a support center, to improve the usability of web based technical support. It will contain an integral, comprehensive FAQ database, guides on how to use features of the account plus intergrated live chat support, along with a new ticket system. This will be launched shortly, and in the interim, we have made a version of the FAQ available now.
We will, of course, continue to respond to all support queries within 12 hours.

Please check our new website and plans at http://www.reflexhost.net , and we welcome feedback regarding both our site and services.

Kindest Regards,
Matt

Existing customers have the option to upgrade, yes. An email has been sent out to them outlining the changes etc.

HumanClick has temporarily gone - it will be back shortly, though (within the next couple of days).

Matt
