I am putting up this template for offers.
Minimum offer is $25.
I can sell it right away for 50 dollars, but if someone offers low price, I will let it go to the person with the highest offer.

I think the template is nice but it's hardly worth $25. If you added roll-over effects it would increase the value.

Hello.
Guys and girls, its clear what he said in hist post. He prefers 50 dollars, and since its kind of a bid, if it reaches 50 dollars he will sell it right away to anyone with that, otherwise the highest bidder gets it.
Get it? Am I right?

Yeah - You can bid $25 but he'll have to wait to see if he gets a better offer, if you want it now offer $50 and the 'bidding period" ends.
It was clear to me. :) (although I agree $25 is a bit much).
