It's rare that sales people can get 2-3 people a week.

Yes, I highly doubt any of your sales agents will be referring 2 -3 a week. Maybe 2 -3 a month, but even then that's unlikely.

What? Any good sales person can do more than 2-3 per week, if they can't do that either:

1) They are not worth the money you are spending on them.
2) If they work on commission they won't last long becasue they can't earn a living.

If that was true, then ANY webhosting company would have a minimum of 8 customers paying a week. I don't know a whole lot of companies have this success. Some do, but most don't.

Well , our managers ( me and some others ) are based in new zealand . So we have to pay tax on what ever we earn.
