We have many dedicated server rentel clients, and have been recieving many complaints of spam off of some of their boxes. What else is there to do other than shut down their out going mail server? Is there a piece of hardware we could add to block out all spam on our network? Any tips would be great!

do a google search for MAPS realtime spam removal
they offer "free" software to kill off spamming at the router level ( blackholes the spam )
I hope that works.

which mail server / MTA do you use? most of them have instructions on how to add spam blocker functionality / RBL

This is for dedicated server clients so they all have different mail servers, mostly sendmail though.. I will check out that router software... any idea on what routers it supports?
