I checked Eagle Web's bill on my statement and it read "US SECURE PAY ACCESS #3"
Would anyone know what third party billing system this is? I need to get in touch with them to make sure Eagle Web doesn't bill me any further because they bill me automatically every month... and my site as well as theirs have been down for four days now w/ no word.

Indeed, I would suggest taking every step you can to get ahold of Eagle Web.... If you cannot get ahold of them at all, then you may have to go to your credit card company about it. Even if you could track down the CC processor, they might not be able to help you... its hard to say...
Anyone else have any ideas?

What you should do is go to register.com, look up their domain name and call their contact number they provided when they bought the domain. You will probably reach them that way :)

Eagle Web's been down (along with my site) for the last... what, 4-5 days? I've mailed them countless times with no response, and I can't even get ahold of any of their contact numbers because their site and all their info is down.
It's like they disappeared off the face of the earth...
