ThinkHost has recently completed a total overhaul of our reseller system, offering now a quick and easy way for resellers to manage their business.

The reseller program itself costs just $10 setup, and $10/month. If includes the following:

-- Custom DNS (ns1. ns2.company.com), FTP (ftp.company.com) and mail (pop3 / smtp.company.com) for total anonymity.
-- Reseller control panel with access to all resold accounts, including invoices and other charges for the reseller. Furthermore, the ability to add accounts, and the access to the clients' control panel (to setup/modify/add/delete features).
-- Unbranded (non-ThinkHost affiliated) control panel for resellers' clients use.
-- Resellers enjoy a 10% discount on all packages, which can cumulate some early profits.
-- In addition, a special reseller package, smaller than our standard packages, has been created for the exclusive use of resellers.

All that is required of the resellers is these few things:

-- Resellers are required to sign up one of our regular packages (not the reseller package).
-- Resellers assume the responsibility of any support questions that come across from their clients.
-- You must agree to our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

If you'd like to find out more about our reseller program, you can visit our Reseller information page http://www.thinkhost.com/options/reseller.shtml, or you can contact our support team at support@thinkhost.com, or use our trouble ticket system http://www.thinkhost.com/support/ticket.shtml.

More information about our company is available on our website at http://www.ThinkHost.com/ . We are also now a member of the BBBOnline. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our company itself, or client/reseller services.

Jeremy Watts

once again, i would like to take this opportunity to learn about customer name servers - do you mean in effect you are giving the account holder 3 IP addresses? one for the website, and two for the name servers? or the name servers simple aliased to yours.

thanks.

Hi myst, the reseller is given 2 IP addresses one for each nameserver. The website itself will be posted on one of those IPs. :)
