Is it possible to suspend/skip a months payment?

What I'd like to do is have a rewards setup where in if clients stay for a certain period of time, they receive free months of service.

Sort of a reverse of the whole pay a year in advance...

Or does this create more problems that I probably won't want?

Not sure you can do this automatically through 2CO. You might have to do it all maually. 2CO lacks alot of seller usuability IMO.

I don't think it has. Best you can do is a refund however you must keep refunds below 10%. I would agree with cxm322 that is does lack a lot of functionality, and I still think paypal is the best in regard for the flexiblity of payment options.
