yes it is fast in most cases they have a good network
there support is lacking though but you get what you pay for if you can handle most things yourself they are a great bargain
I would say go for it if you know what you are getting into

also use the search button you will find tons of stuff on them

Rackshack are great, at first thier support was lacking but they have really come along.

I would recomend them to anyone, If it wa snot from them I doubt I would still have my sites.

Their support was always good for me, and they have simply moved from good to better, which is hard to do.

Their network is good, their prices very good :) We have a backup server with them and so far, so good.
