I'm currently working on a sister-site to my main one, dealing with movie reviews. I don't really have the time to finish it, so I'd like someone to do so for me in exchange for either cash (name your price), or advertising on my main site (5-6,000 daily uniques).
I've already got most of the admin panel for this site done, which I'll send to you upon agreeing on terms of the deal. Through here, movies can be added / altered / deleted with a user_id based security system. This part is done, with the exception of three needed features.
First up, a sets feature, similar to www.allmovie.com. This would be used for similar movie grouping..... ie, a vampire set, a zombie set, werewolves, etc. When adding a movie, all sets should be shown in some convenient manner..... checkboxes, maybe?.... and an infinite amount could be chosen, whichever apply to the movie. When altering a movie, sets could be added / removed in a similar fashion. When adding a new set, movies that it applies to could easily be selected... again, checkboxes maybe?
Secondly for the admin panel, I need a series feature. This would show any sequels to a certain movie, some linked, some not. For example, if I review Nightmare on Elm Street part 1, I'd like a box set to show that there is more than one movie in the series, but these wouldn't be linked until needed.
Lastly for the admin panel, a reviewing system. Easily jump to an added movie, select a rating (0-10) from a dropdown box, type in a review, and it stores the current user_id along with the rating and text.
Sets example: http://musicmademe.com/movies/sets/zombies.php
Series example: http://musicmademe.com/movies/movies/critters.php (bottom)
Those three features would finish off the admin panel.
For the actual site, I need a simple A-Z index system. Click "A", it shows all movies whose title begins with "A", along with the rating.
Example: http://musicmademe.com/movies/all.php
Click the movie title, everything is displayed as is. On this page, click the distributor, it shows * where distributor="foo", click the director, it shows * where director="bar", click the year, * where released="YYYY", click the reviewer, it shows * where reviewer="user_id".
With the examples mentioned above, everything is done manually.... no database used. I'd like to have it all converted to a MySQL backend.
Could anyone do this? As mentioned, I could give you a banner ad on www.musicmademe.com (Stats (the averages are screwy, just look at the weekly / monthly uniques) (http://extremetracking.com/open;sum?login=musicmde)) in exchange, or PayPal some cash.
