I did a whois on a domainname and at expired date it says Oktober-12-2000 (for example). I REALLY want this domainname so I'd like to know the EXACT moment when I can register this domainname. It's currently registered at Network Solutions.

Which registrar can I best use to make sure I get this domain? And at what exact time should I be able to register it?

I'll just sum up, as this has been discussed before. NetSol has been holding onto select domains (desireable ones), and although there is at least a 30 day waiting period after the domain expires, this could turn out to who knows how long. They've opened up domains for auction (without a whole lot of info on where and how the auctions take place). Someone posted a URL, but I'd say it looked more like a domain listing site, than anything helpful.

It hasn't even expired yet, and the owner could renew it today. After the 30 days, check again. If it isn't released then you can bid on it (but as I said, good luck in figuring that out).
