Hi i am Posting to tell you about the Service, history i have had with this company LiquidTeknlologies.com. I signed up for there hosting back in March of 2003 and have had nothing but probelms with them. There server was always going down SQL Corupting ect.... There techsupport was horiable and the same with there Server Uptime. For the first couple of months i was with them i had just regular hosting and within this time, First lut me tell you about how i found out about liquid teknologies At that time it was liquidfreaks.com the CEO of the company was ILLIGALY selling software from microsoft For example Windows Longhorn. After that i signed up for there regular hosting 6 GB of Space for 10.00 a mont (Over Selling) The domain i had with them was blu-tech.com the owner there promised me a job there if i got them 10 Customers but as soon as i got them the customers they told me that they changed the law in the state they were located they also lied about were the servers were located I was told that the servers were located in his basement with a Dual T3 connection he even sent me pictures. How ever i found out that they were not really on a dedicated server they were using a Reseller account i found this out one day due to the fact that ALL of there accounts went down so i called them up an d couldent get incontact with them finaly i got his home phone and get this i got his monther on the phone and she told me that she would tell him to get home and fix it. Now i wonder if it was really hsi monther because later on that day i found out he was using a resleller with a company and i called them up and they told me he was using a reseller and that it was suspended due to illigal activites. Later on i desided to get a reseller from them and i was lied to about the stuff on there also. They told me they were going to get a 800 phone number for techsupport after 1 year they never got it also they claim they own 28 Servers along with x ammount of gaming servers, and the gaming sevrers were located in there main building. How ever they use a PO Box on there website and ther eis NO way to get in contact with them Via Phone. Today i opened the following support tickets with them seeing as i am no longer a customer of them they couldent do anything to me so i asked the following.

I emailed them asking about a domain i was promised back when the servers went down in september and i never was informed about getting them intill one day i emailed the CEO and asked and he told me that its to late that they did it months ago. How ever i came to find out some people i knew that were hosted with them also were promised domains and they NEVER recived them and were told the same thing as me so today i opened a support ticket asking and i got the following response
Ricky,

This is Joe. Our support managers told me you opened this ticket. However the domain is not avaiable as currently since you are not a customer thus far. I apologize but the domain will not be given and once again I apologize for the downtime you had with your reseller account while you were hosted with us.

How ever even when i was a customer they would not give them to me

Also i emailed them asking about were there servers are located and they told me they have 28 Servers and x ammount of gamming servers and i emailed them back asking then why are you hosted by EV1 also i told them i would file a complaint against them beucase of being lied to numorouse times. and i got this response

No Ricky most of our hosting servers are with EV1 but we have many servers in our own facility. Game servers can't be hosted on EV1 obviously for multiple reasons. If you want to complain we could care less and we suggest you keep your opinions to yourself.

Notice they dont care what there customers think. There tech support is extreamly bad i always had problems with the server and there response was eh the server doesnt like you. or its cause of something you did it took them 3 Weeks to get MySQL Back up after it went down! anyway seeing as this is a long post im gona stop typing now but the message im trying to get to you is Liquid TOrnado, LiquidTeknologies is not a good hosting company and DO NOT go with them.

Ummm...and this has been going on since march 03 and you're still dealing with them?

I can't say the problem is on just their end here...

No i get my own dedicated server i left them back in november

BTW the WebSite name is spelt right thats the way they spelt it.

But why would you sign on with a host that was illegally selling software prior to that?

And on top of that, they were giving you 6 gigs of storage for $10/month and that didn't clue you into a small problem?

well i was with them for some months, suddenly one day they left my site off line without a word, when finnaly they answered, said my site was having too much traffic.. by then i had already moved my site and they had already charged the NEXT month.. i was pissed off and never got me that month back :mad:


couldn't they say BEFORE that my site was having more traffic and ask me to change to another plan or something?? nooooooooo :mad:
