This contract governs the 'WebHostingTalk First Month Free' special offer. This is a contract between the user and BoltHosting to be upheld
while the user hosts with BoltHosting.
If a user utilises the 'first month free' offer by signing up to it; then the user agrees to the following:
A minimum hosting period of six months is to be upheld from the date that the hosting account is created until the first day of the seventh
month. A user then has a choice whether to cancel or to carry on hosting on a month-to-month hosting contract.
The offer can be withheld to anyone without given reason.
If required, BoltHosting can halt this offer at any period.
Overusage and specific usage costs are NOT covered in the first month free.
The user will be invoiced for the free month, however, the invoice must be ignored as if it is payed, the free month will not be available on the next month, and this contract will continue.
Domain names must be registered by the client and transferred to ns1.boltdns.net and ns2.boltdns.net.
