I currently have 2.5GB of memory in 5 DIMMS (so 512MB each).

They are 4 DIMMs made by Kingston: PC133, CL3, ECC, non-registered. Kingston serial number: KVR133X72C3/512. Free shipping (USPS Priority). Note: One out of four DIMMs is opened, but never been used/installed. I just want to take a peek. Asking price: $75 each DIMM. These DIMMS won't work on 1U case (unless you have the angled memory banks).

1 Dimm is made by Infineon: PC100, CL2, ECC, and I think it's non-registered. Has been opened but never been used. Asking price: $65, again free shipping. This DIMM will work on 1U case.

Contact me (pm/email) if you are insterested ... I need to let these go because I need registered memory ... Nothing wrong with it ... Guanranteed against DOA or you can return them any time (within 14 days).

cheers,

Good luck finding a system that will accept an unregistered 512MB DIMM. :)

Sorry, I hope I didn't come off the wrong way - I just had a bit of bad luck recently when I accidentally bought some unregistered 256MB DIMMs. A lot of systems won't take 256MB or larger DIMMs if they aren't registered, but as you say, some will.

Good price!

Bummer I don't have a need for some though... :(
