I looked at Kikko's packages and they are very reasonable. How's the service? Feedback will be very much appreciated.

I wanted to purchase something from there once, but after emailing them a few questions, I got a reply about a week later. What's worse, it didn't really answer my questions. From that, I guess that they won't have very immediate or reliable support. But I've never tried them and probably never will.

If I were you, I'd choose another company with quick and reliable support (that hopefully answers your questions) ;)

I'm still with Eagle Web, I'm waiting for my site to go back up again... it's been down for the last 12 hours and I haven't gotten any response. This is the 2nd time this has happened this month. I started with them September, and everything was fine. This month's starting to suck and the money back guarantee is only for 30 days.

What kind of site do you have? If you're after a dedicated server, read your PM, I'm going to send you a link.

Just post something in the Requests forum. Describe what you want and someone will reply with a solution. All you have to do is make your demands reasonable. Not something like 5000GB bandwidth for under $5 a month :D (I just came up with that off the top of my head)

But yeah, do try to make it sound reasonable. Don't forget to check your PM ;)

She runs an anime reviews and multimedia site. 30 GB a month doesn't need dedicated...

hostsearch.com seems to have good reports on these guys.

Can't say I trust hostsearch - both Secured-net (whom I had a very bad experience with) and Eagle Web had good reviews at hostsearch.

KIKKO seems to offer the highest BW i see now they are offering unlimited BW on redhats, on a ( 100mbs ethernet not 10 like rackshacks) They have liveperson on the top of every page.. seems like they're always there... and with a 30day money back... how can u go wrong

You wouldn't work there by chance would you? I can't find this on their site anywhere. Also a dedicated 100 Mbps drop and a 100 connection are two seperate things. Cogent BW cost over $2000 for a dedicated 100 Mbps drop. Do you really think you are getting this?

hostsearch.com seems to have good reports on these guys.

It also has numerous other host who spam the comments to them. Do a search here to read more.

I didn't have much luck in getting a response from them. I emailed several times & called and was totally blown off by a lady that answered the phone. I had to tell her what I was calling for and once she acknowledged that she promptly told me they where unavailable for an undetermined amount of time. This was back in the August time frame.

So beware.

This is the same thing RackShack, efree, and SD colo are doing. I assure you, each server is not given a *dedicated* (menaing no sharing what so ever) 100 Mbps drop. A 10 Mbps - yes. Common sense toward networking dicatates this.

The line speed at kikko is excellent in my experiences.
