Who owns the rights to Cpanel?

DarkOrb Communications (www.darkorb.net) owns the Right's to CPanel. DarkOrb is primarily Nick Koston (who currently works for Burst). As far as I know, Burst has no ownership in CPanel. They are, however, a primary distributor; along with three other companies.

Site5 has no ownership in CPanel or DarkOrb, nor have we ever in the past.
