I left Digital Zones a month or two ago, in time for my refund, and was told I'd receive one. It never came. I ignored it. Now, for the last week, I've been getting getting daily domain suspension notices. I tried emailing support, then billing, then support again. In my last email, I didn't even ask for the refund--just for the daily messages to stop, but I'm still getting them. If the long list of problems that I posted here a while back wasn't enough to get you to avoid Digital Zones, I hope this is.

If I didn't already know that the computer gods are out to get me, I'd assume that Digital Zones read my complaint here and is trying to get me to retract it. I just got a reply to my October 14th email to them. I have no other amendment to the above message though.

I had a domain hosted with Digital Zones a long time ago, and was more than happy with the service they provided. Why did you decide to leave?

I've heard mainly good things about them, but a few bad things about the Cpanel control panel they use. I heard some other bad reviews about one of the hosts I tried, but I forgot if it was Digital Zones. I'll look for those reviews (on some other web site) and leave a link here if I get a chance and there about Digital Zones. There was alot of information in them.
One of my problems was that I couldn't change permissions the easy way (for me). That was a Cpanel issue. You can see the full list if you search for the thread "Goodbye Digital Zones"
