Well.... Depending on your volume... the best way is to get a proper merchant account. However there are costs involved with that, and usually minimum monthly volumes....

A good backup to have, in my opinion is Paypal, however I would not recommend that you use this as your primary CC payment method. You could however, use it for a while until you get on your feet, then get a full merchant account.

A full merchant account is expensive if you are about to start.
Paypal is one way, as Mike suggested, another way is a service like http://www.revecom.com or such (do a search here on WHT for credit card) - this way you can accept credit cards quite easy and you haven't high startup costs.
