i got a email last week from 321 studio teams:
Dear 321 Studios Customer:
Although 321 Studios will appeal the recent court decision and
injunction preventing us from including a ripper in our DVD X Copy backup
series of products, we will comply with the court order and stop selling DVD
X Copy in its current format by Thursday February 26, 2004 at 11:59pm
Central Time.
After this time, we’ll update our FTP/download servers with our new,
Ripper-Free versions of DVD X Copy.
We encourage you to download the latest update to your current version
of the software BEFORE Thursday night by logging in at
http://www.dvdxcopy.com with your License ID and Password. Please be
patient. Our download servers are VERY BUSY right now!
Thank you for your ongoing support,
Sincerely,
The 321 Studios Team.
