I found step by step instructions on how to updgrade to webalizer 2.01 .. (this is related to the october 4 problem)

somehow when I installed the webalizer 2.01 from http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/
1.3 was installed.

so here is the fix:

this may cause the following error (with the cure)
