Just starting out with a friend.

Search google for photo restoration and to see some basics. I can't post a link here because I don't have five posts. Payement made by Paypal, half up front, half at the end.

I need the site to be basic but not just plain html. (java)

I need it to have a place where people can upload their pictures with a place to fill in information and what they want done.

I will need it to have a place where people can Paypal pay me or something similar.

I need to make several samples that will need to be put in it.

Obviously, we can upload the samples and such, but need someone to do the basic HTML work.

Can someone do this for $150 US?
