I've been trying all weekend to get into domainfactory.com, but their website is down.


I really need to get in and change my dns entries. Does any one know what is up with their site? Is there any other way I can administrate this?

perform a whois lookup and maybe you can find out who they are reselling for.

www.freewho.com/checker should tell you on the right hand side which icann registrar your domain is at. Then contact that registrar regarding your issue.

also www.whois.sc/YOURDOMAN.XXX

replace yourdmain.xxx with the name and it should tlel you nice info about the domain such as the registrar where you can contact them for controlling your domains
