I recently switched a number of my sites away from AIT, but because of Network Solutions issues I couldn't switch one site.
http://www.moundridge.com
I had hosted this site with them under my Reseller Virtual Host, but wanted to switch the site to a basic hosting plan since I was now only hosting one site. They said the process was going to be seemless, but the site was down for 12 hours. Now they say it is working, but I am still getting an error.
My queston does the site come up for you. I keep getting a 402 error, but AIT insists the problem may be on the my ISP's end of things.
Could someone take a look and see if the site loads for them.
Thanks.
Hi,
It does not load for me...402 error.
Guess your isp end is fine...

I appreciate the quick reply.
This whole situation sucks, I will be happy when I don't have even one site with AIT.

Here is AIT's response:
---------------------
Hello,
I understand that you're receiving a 402 error when accessing your site.
I was able to access your site internally through our network and externally through an Earthlink dialup connection without any errors.
I have checked all my resources regarding your account and everything is correct.
If there's anything else AIT can do for you please let us know.
----------------------
I have had several people check the site in different parts of the country and everyone is getting this 402 message. I will say that email is working for the site which seems strange.
Here is a traceroute from rackspace.com to moundridge.com:

So I have sent this information to AIT, but with my past experience I doubt I will have much luck. Anyone have any advice?
It's loading fine for me!
Update!
It loads fine now for me too

I haven't heard back from AIT yet, but my two local internet connections and two computers, as well as another computer I have remote access to still show it down. I guess it must have something to do with the nameservers updating. But since I always had the site aimed at AIT's nameservers I don't know why it didn't show up for some people earlier, and continues to show up for me.
Now the email seems to be bouncing for my clients on Moundridge.com so I am looking in to that. I have set up a test account to monitor the email system. Some email seems to be getting to them while other email just comes back rejected. I sent email from a hotmail account and it came through fine. Most locally sent emails (online a couple ISPs in the area) are all coming back rejected. I have a test@moundridge.com email sent up. If you could try emailing it and report your results that would help.
You all have been a big help.
Thanks
