same goes for enom takes days to answer :D but everyone loves them due the benefits ;)

If you want fast 3 hour support replies then go to another registar and pay 15 dollars per domain. I bet they'll have less customers to look after than enom and directI.

Directi has always had good support untill the last few weeks where they have been working hard on the new site etc, and i think things will pick uo again soon.

Best low cost support is cn-obin mainly because there in china but still very good support.
