Have you tried calling them regarding the issues? When i've contacted them in the past they were very responsive regarding and support/sales issues.

Heh, calling at 1:11 am is kinda useless. I am awaiting activation for mine but heh They're great guys. Maybe the LI location is cursed. They need to go to telehouse

Did you try contacting them?

We had a pretty large external attack on the network. Most only saw a loss of connection for a couple of minutes and we are blocking the attack. The servers on the rack that got hit took a little longer to get back up since we had to swap out the Cisco that died on us.

yes, multiple times. Each time they've replied, and couldn't find my order. The 3rd time they found it, but said all of the server i wanted was sold out (surprise, of course they're sold out 5 days later). Currently i'm waiting on the next shipment of servers or something. We'll see. I mean, hell... i've already given em a week and a half, i might as well see how long it takes...

I wonder why ezzi is having so many problems recently. Almost one outage every few days.

So because of an attack, your cisco died? Or is it too early in the morning and I misunderstood that?

Around 1AM this morning we had an external attack on the network. Most saw a loss of connection for a couple of minutes and we are still blocking the attack. We had to swap out the Cisco switch on the rack that got hit by the attack, everything is back to normal.

Update:

We are still trying to fight the same external attack, it has started up again. Will update soon...

Yea everything is down again, supposedly for the past few hours according to a ticket I got from a client. All I know is for it to be an issue for this long it better be like the ddos attack that took down Yahoo.
