We occasionaly require web programmers/designers mainly with the following skills:

HTML (of course)
PHP (version 4)
Macromedia Products (mainly Flash & Director)
MySQL (working knowladge)
Graphics Design (logos, banners, custom clipart etc.)

You must be creative, industry aware and selfmotivated.
